Ritory's 'Kimi e to Tsudzuku Michi' Turns a Path to the Horizon Into a Genuinely Uplifting Listen

Ritory has released a new original song, 君へと続く道 (Kimi e to Tsudzuku Michi, “The Path Leading to You”), and it’s the kind of release that makes you stop and pay attention. Dropped on October 25 as the title track of Ritory’s 2nd EP, it arrives with a tagline that sets the whole mood: 「君なら征ける青く広い地平へ」 — “If it’s you, you can conquer it — to the vast blue horizon.”

What ‘Kimi e to Tsudzuku Michi’ Sounds Like

The song’s core image is right there in the title: a road stretching forward toward someone — or something — worth reaching. That forward-motion feeling carries the whole track. Ritory’s vocal work sits at the center of it, and after a string of releases building up to this EP, this title track feels like the statement piece. It’s confident without being loud about it, the kind of song that earns its optimism rather than just declaring it.

The Team Behind Ritory’s New Original Song

The credits here are worth your time. 渚小雨 (Nagisa Kosame) handled music, しえん (Shien) took care of the mix, まつだ奏太 (Matsuda Kanata) provided the illustration, and pinu. built the movie. That’s a full creative team assembled for one song, and it shows — this isn’t a quick upload, it’s a properly produced release with artwork and video to match.

Why This Release Matters for Ritory

This is the title track of Ritory’s 2nd EP — which means it’s carrying the weight of an entire project on its back, and it’s the song Ritory chose to represent the whole thing. For an independent vsinger, that’s a real statement of intent. Ritory has also confirmed the EP will be available for purchase on BOOTH at a later date, so if this track hooks you, there’s more on the way that you can actually own.

Where to Start With Ritory

If Kimi e to Tsudzuku Michi is your first exposure to Ritory, you’re picking a good moment to jump in. A new EP cycle is the cleanest possible entry point — one title track, one cohesive project, and a back catalogue waiting if you want to trace how the sound got here. Watch the video, let the horizon do its thing, and keep an eye on that BOOTH announcement.
